Need to work your way up with kegel exercise? The Wellness Kegel Training Kit offers a fully customized pelvic floor strengthening routine. The smooth silicone-encased metal balls can be used alone or in pairs, for a total of nine possible weight combinations. Balls are easy to pop in and out of the two included silicone holsters, with the option for a single or double ball with retrieval cord.

Kegel balls are worn vaginally to help strengthen your pelvic floor for better control and more intense pleasure. Make them part of a regular kegel exercise routine, or wear them to heighten arousal. This set includes six solid balls, progressively weighted in pairs: 0.6 ounces (light purple), 1.3 ounces (medium purple), and 1.8 ounces (dark purple).

Each ball measures 1" in diameter. Two balls in the dual ball holster measure 3.5" insertable, not including retrieval string.
