You can easily use this externally while another toy or partner is internal, without any bulkiness getting in the way. The smart touch technology prevents the toy from becoming loud when pulled away from the body as it needs full contact to begin the airflow, saving on battery and noise. This toy can be incrementally increased with the + and - buttons from very low to very high intensity allowing for a slow build, as well as the < > buttons to easily switch between patterns.
