Shipping & returns

Returns policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unfortunately not able to provide returns or exchanges. However, we test all battery-operated items to make sure they are working properly before shipping them, and most vibrating toys have manufacturers' warranties. 

If you are having trouble with a toy you purchased from us, you are welcome to contact the manufacturer directly, or we are happy to help troubleshoot the issue. Please email us first to begin the troubleshooting process. If we cannot resolve the issue over the phone or via email, we will ask you to bring or ship the toy to us. When bringing a product in for troubleshooting, please clean it thoroughly and place it in a plastic bag. Include the original packaging (if possible) and original receipt, as well as the toy's charging cord (if applicable). With rechargeable toys, we will likely keep it overnight to test it on your charger as well as ours. When troubleshooting is complete, we will contact you with the results and next steps.

If the merchandise you purchased is confirmed to be defective and does not have a manufacturer's warranty, we will honor our 30 day guarantee and provide a replacement upon receiving the original. The replacement product will be the same product as the original. For toys without warranties, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must have original receipt, complete packaging, all original parts, batteries, cords, controls, blank warranty cards and instructions etc.

 

Standard Shipping

Our method of shipping is US Postal Service Priority Mail and USPS First Class, which generally takes 2-5 business days. Although, itmay take longer depending on where you live and what time of year it is. You can get a delivery estimate here (our zip code is 97227). Orders received prior to 12pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same business day (excluding holidays and weekends). To ensure your package arrives to you safely, we require signature confirmation on all expedited shipments. We also require signature confirmation on orders over $200 shipped to apartments and any orders over $300.

 

Expedited Shipping

She Bop offers several different options for expedited shipping. These options include US Postal Service Express Mail, UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS 2nd Day - all expedited orders will require a signature at the time of delivery. Expedited orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same business day and should reach you the next day for USPS Express or UPS Next Day (excluding weekends and hoilidays). However, it can take longer in certain parts of the United States. We cannot guarantee overnight shipments to all locations — if you are concerned about receiving your shipment by a certain time, please use this delivery calculator (our zip code is 97227).

 

International Shipping

Due to delays and delivery issues in many countries due to COVID-19, we are not shipping internationally at this time. We are still shipping to Canada and Mexico.

 

General Shipping Policies

All orders are discreetly shipped as "SB LLC" in plain packaging or US Postal Service packaging. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, She Bop, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging.

It is up to you to know what types of laws exist in your area. We are not responsible for items that authorities decide are to be confiscated. We can not be held accountable for items that are illegal in your state or country.

In the event of a package return due to improper address or other problem, we may have to charge the customer to ship it again.
