In centuries past, jade eggs were used not only to increase sexual skill but also to enhance sexual potency and creative energies within the body. This could lead to more balanced physical, emotional and energetic health. Today, many people have heard of “yoni eggs,” but they don't know where to begin with the how-to's of using them. If you are someone who is intrigued by this work, then join us in this juicy class! We'll start with a bit of anatomy to understand where those crystals are going and why you'd want to put them there. It's important to choose crystals that are safe and non-toxic. We'll discuss what crystals to use, how to clean them, and how to "charge" them. Then, passive and active egg skills will be taught as well as wand usage. You are welcome to participate at whatever level feels comfortable to you in this class.
Andrea Thompson has been practicing Massage Therapy in the Portland area for over 20 years. When she isn't off traveling the world and offering FREE HUGS, she's busy teaching Menstrual Cycle Charting and Moon Cycle Awareness classes. In her practice, she specializes in modalities that bring a deep sense of awareness to her clients' bodies while tapping into their inherent healing capabilities. Although she enjoys working with all ages and genders, her main focus is working with people with vulvas to assist them in the process of attaining healthy menses and conception, as well as aiding them through the physical changes of pregnancy.
You'll notice that we're offering two class cost options - $25, the regular cost of a She Bop class or workshop, and $15, a reduced cost option. While we want to make sure our instructors are compensated fairly for their hard work, we recognize that many of our community members are experiencing alterations to their finances at this time. If you are able to pay full price, we ask that you please consider doing so. If the lower cost option is a more accessible fit for you at this time, we encourage you to utilize that option.
